Sofie de Wilde de Ligny starts at Statistics Netherlands

Sofie de Wilde de Ligny, one of the DATA ALLY PhD researchers, has recently started a position at Statistics Netherlands (CBS) as an embedded researcher. This research collaboration gives Sofie the valuable opportunity to engage with practitioners in the field of statistics and learn more about their practices in relation to privately-held data. The first study within her research focuses on NSOs’ access to Mobile Network Operator (MNO) data. It examines the challenges associated with these processes from multiple perspectives and seeks to identify key lessons that can be drawn from these experiences.
